Shipping
- Free standard shipping on orders over OMR 25, anywhere in Oman.
- Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days: OMR 1.500 within your governorate, OMR 2.500 to other governorates.
- Express delivery takes 1–2 working days. OMR 3.000 flat.
- Boutique pickup at Muscat Grand Mall — ready in 2 hours, no fee.
Returns
- Unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Items must be in their original packaging with all seals intact.
- Damaged or faulty items? Send a photo within 48 hours and we'll arrange a replacement at no cost.
- Refunds land in your account within 5 working days of us receiving the return.
How will I be refunded?
Card payments are refunded to the same card. COD orders are refunded as Ooyana store credit (or to your bank by request).
For questions about a specific order, reach us with the order number and we will reply within one business day.
